Do smart locks still have a key?
Many do, as a backup, and we usually recommend those so you're never stuck if batteries die. Some are keypad or app only; we'll walk you through the trade-offs so you choose the right one for your door.
Can you install a lock I already bought?
Yes. If you've already picked up a smart lock, we'll fit it correctly and set it up. If it turns out not to suit your door, we'll tell you before installing and suggest a better fit.
Are smart locks actually safe?
